About Me
Hello, I’m George, founder of George Warren Coaching.
I truly believe in the sheer power of human potential. We’ve already got everything we need to change our lives.
When we tap into that potential and challenge our beliefs we can find the courage to achieve things we never thought possible.
That’s how I changed my own life – and it’s how I can help you change yours.

I had a career pivot
On sabbatical after 9 years in start-up leadership positions, I was navigating many of the difficult paths you are likely on right now.
Working with a coach helped me morph my discomfort into something I could work with, something that I felt like I could overcome. That first-hand experience of the transformative power of coaching inspired me to become one. I wanted to share what I’d learned with others, helping them to become the best versions of themselves.
After training at the Academy of Executive Coaching, I’ve had the privilege of coaching tech leaders, headteachers, architects, accountants, startups and scientists across six continents. Now I am proud to be a faculty member of the AoEC, working alongside world-class experts to train the next generation of coaches.
I changed my life
Coaching has helped me realise that, no matter what struggles you face or how tough the situation, you always have a choice about how you react.
Imagine you’ve thrown yourself into a lake. When the water rushes over you, it’s scary, and a shock to the system. You’re not sure what you’ve done. But then you keep breathing. You swim. You move with the water. You think, ‘Wow, I didn’t think I could do this. It’s exhilarating.’ It makes you feel alive.
You can react by retreating to your safe place, or you can grip your discomfort with both hands, face it head on, and grow. That’s courage – and it can help you have braver conversations and make more adventurous decisions. That’s how I changed my life when I left the start-up I knew so well.
I'm here to help you change your life
It’s too easy to get stuck in our comfort zones. But life accelerates when you take your first courageous steps away from that refuge.
I bring a sense of adventure into your coaching experience, in a way that feels safe and works for your needs. That’s true when I’m working in a high-rise in London, against the backdrop of the natural world, or virtually with clients around the globe.
I draw upon my 1,800+ hours of combined coaching and training experience and my passion for nature and our planet. My social and climate conscience is at the heart of what I do. I champion improving sustainability and balance in all aspects of your life and career, for the sake of the planet as well as your own development.
A great coach doesn’t give advice – they help you harness your own inner strengths and qualities. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, a leader, a coach yourself, or an HR professional looking to bring in a coach to your team, I’ll work to uncover your true values. We’ll start an honest conversation about where you want to be, and what’s holding you back from getting there. And at the end of your coaching you will have everything you need to live the life you deserve.
Book a friendly no-obligation chat with me, and get started on your path to a life on your own terms.
